A world class, workspace design company is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to assist on a large ongoing project.

Responsibilities:

• Allocating purchase invoices, against purchase orders
• Resolve invoicing queries by liaising with suppliers
• Liaising with various project managers to resolve issues.
• Supplier reconciliations
• Credit card processing
• Assistance in weekly and monthly BACS payment runs
• Bank reconciliations
• Aged debtors and creditors management
• Support the finance and office management functions

This role is perfect for somebody eager to learn and progress within finance. You must have high attention to detail and organisational skills. Part qualified in ACCA/CIMA or AAT is preferred although not essential
