A premium and world leading manufacturing business based in Abingdon is on the hunt for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join the team on an initial 6 month basis assisting with a mission critical project. Working in a large and highly ambitious finance department you will be looking after the following:

  • Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Processing and handling of all invoices and purchase queries
  • Produce monthly and weekly reports as required
  • Work with Management accountants to produce Purchase Ledger reports
  • Accounts payable process improvement
  • Vendor payment runs

In order to be suitable for this role you should have an excellent approach to customer service with prior experience within accounts payable or similar finance roles. You should have a good working knowledge of SAP, Sage or similar financial software's. It is very important to be able to work off your own initiative or as part of a wider team. This is a great opportunity so make sure you apple quickly as it is likely to be highly subscribed.
