Start your job searchI'm currently working with a leading Hull business who are on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Manager to Manage the Accounts Payable Team.
Your role:
- Ensure the accuracy of invoices and supporting documentation.
- Manage and authorise weekly payment runs.
- Ensure that all postings and reconciliations are accurately captured for month end and year end.
- Manage stakeholder's expectations.
- Administrate payments for subcontractors.
- Liaise with the Company's External Auditors to support an efficient year end completion.
What you need?
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience of managing an accounts payable function.
- High level of ability in the use of MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of Accountancy Systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
