Newly-created role for a FTSE listed property business to work within their commercial team supporting a range of stakeholders with decisions on investment and development.
Company
FTSE-listed real estate business based in Central London who are going from strength to strength due to their exciting portfolio of new projects. They have recently won a new development deal in the heart of London and are looking for an additional head to support key stakeholders in making decisions through their analytical work. This role will entail a large amount of liaison with senior staff members and external advisors as well as high-level modelling
Duties:
Work with the Analysis team and Head of Analysis to:
- Support the business by designing, building and running financial cashflow-based appraisals for development projects
- Build good relationships with senior stakeholders to understand analysis needs
- Designing, building, using and adapting existing Excel-based appraisal models to run financial appraisals to meet tight deadlines
- Supporting annual forecasting processes
- Provide clear information to include in reports for the board and Investment Committee
- Suggest and effect changes where required in the analysis process
Benefits
In return you will get a competitive base salary up to £70,000 + benefits (pension, healthcare, bonus, share scheme)
