Start your job searchAn established and growing company selling into Pharma, BioPharma, Manufacturing and FMCG markets are seeking an experienced Sales Manager or Senior Sales Rep targeting a Area Sales Manager positions. Location is flexible.
This is a great opportunity for an exprienced senior sales executive to move to a management position in a multinational SME. The successful applicant will be responsible for the sales and business development activities normally associated with the role of Sales Manager as well as being an active board member of a growing company
Duties will include:
- Promoting, developing and closing sales for a diverse product range in the pharma and engineering environments
- Developing business plans on a rolling 3 year basis for the core business as well as focusing on business lines and potential growth opportunities based on future needs
- Staging promotional events for product and services ranges
- Reporting to the Board and group board on sales pipeline and achievements
Experience should include:
- Experience of working within Pharma/BioPharma/Engineering/Machinery Sales environment within Ireland is essential
- A track record of delivery on growth, sales and development
- Excellent understanding of sales processes, CRMs, Machinery and Engineering for the Pharma, & Engineering industries
- At least 6 years working in sales based environments and experience in leading teams and departments is preferably
