A world-class serviced-office provider is seeking an Assistant Accountant to support the finance function.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist and support with the Management Accounts, including accruals, prepayments, and journal postings
• Support with Year-End Activities, including assisting with audits, compliance reporting, and the preparation of financial statement
• Ensure accurate intercompany postings and reconciliations between entities
• Involvement with financial systems & automation, utilising NetSuite and automation modules to streamline tasks
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
• Oversee the AR and AP

This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable exposure within the finance function, reporting directly into the Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience and strong experience working with NetSuite.
