Start your job searchReally excited to be working with an exciting manufacturer in York! This role requires an ambitious part qualified individual who wants to make there next into industry. This role is progressive and a quick route to becoming a management accountant for a driven individual. Duties will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Support on all month end close activities, including journals, controls and reporting
- Manage bank accounts
- Complete legal returns (e.g. VAT, Stat accounts, NSO)
- Provide overspill/holiday support to Accounts Payable.
- Carry out sales ledger duties including inter-company recharges.
- Assist Senior Financial Accountant and Finance Department with other ad-hoc work as required.
Background
- Accounting standards and application
- Statutory accounts / audit experience
- SAP experience
- Understanding of BS reconciliations
- Understanding of financial controls
