Start your job searchA leading Property Developer is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Management Accountant, keen to progress their finance career.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with quarterly review reporting, as well as year-end/half-year reporting processes
- Preparing quarterly, annual and other finance related budget packs
- Being a key point of contact for other internal departments in the wider business
- Monthly tasks including:
- Preparing, printing and collating of bi monthly board packs
- Preparing monthly Sales and Marketing cost reports
- Liaising with the Sales and Marketing teams ensuring monthly professional reporting
- Assisting the Financial Controller with monthly profit and cash flow forecasting
- Weekley tasks including:
- Preparing sales performance reports
- Daily posting
- Reconciliations
- Balance sheets
This role is perfect for somebody with a keen interest in the Property Development industry who is proactive and driven, looking to progress quickly in a finance career. You will have relevant experience in a similar role, including preparation and posting accruals/prepayments and performing bank reconciliations.
