Start your job searchThis boutique private equity fund are looking to hire an ACA qualified finance and tax professional to sit as an associate director in their fund structuring team.
Your role will include, but not be limited to;
- Budgets & Valuations for assigned assets:
- Work closely with Asset Management team to prepare quarterly budgets and valuations for each assigned asset
- Present, along with Asset Management, the Budget and Valuations to Senior Management
- Work closely with Fund Management to ensure all valuation templates are in compliance with policy, ensure, valuation changes are properly explained and documented, and respond to quarterly valuation review and annual valuation audit queries.
- Assist in the acquisition of new investments:
- Liaise with lawyers for the incorporation of companies, opening new bank accounts, assist in coordinating board meetings, liaise with FM team for cash management of equity needs
- Review / preparation of Funds Flows
- Review of key acquisition agreements and feedback comments to investment team
- Fundraising/lnvestor Relations
- Support fundraising efforts for new funds and co-investment offerings, including preparation of marketing materials and drafting of responses to due diligence requests.
- Assist with annual IAC meetings and Investor requests
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years post qualified experience within a fund finance role or within a funds tax environment within the big 4.
Remuneration will be exceptionally competitive with base salary in the region of £70,000 - £80,000 with market heading bonus potential and other benefits.
