A leading FS Consulting firm is looking to add a Strategy Director to support the continued growth of the practice.
This practice is a strategic partner to the broader Financial services industry to support Growth Strategy, Cost Transformation, Business and Operating Model Design & Large Scale Digital Transformations.
Day in the life:
- Partner closely with strategy/transformation leaders in some of the worlds largest financial institutions as they tackle their most complex challenges to improve their organisations.
- You will also work alongside senior leadership Partners to develop & grow the practice taking a lead role both on the client side & commercials (from a BD perspective) but also in recruitment & mentorship & development of the team.
- Lead the delivery of client projects and programs in your specialised area (open to experts in Product, Programme &/or Delivery Lead).
What you will need to qualify for this role:
- Min 12 years & track record of delivering on large programmes of work within FS (ideally Retail Banking, Insurance or Wealth Management) 5+ years minimum in FS consulting industry
- Financial services industry target operating model, domain & technology expertise.
- Commercial individual with a proven track in building business relationships, identifying & converting business opportunities.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
