Start your job searchI'm working with a growing Legal business that are on the lookout for a Legal Billing Assistant to join their team based in Leeds.
Where you will fit in…
You'll be joining a developing fast paced business within a role that offers flexibility to your approach and method of working:
Role:
- Making sure all SLA's are met,
- Emails within the group are responded to within a timely manner
- Proformas are actioned 3 times a day
- Chase fee earners each months to reduce WIP and bill on time
- Link with Billing Analyst to support the strategic growth and development within the business
- Support on automation to reduce manual processes and resolving rejections
- As a team member, you will be viewed as the lead biller and be confident in your delivery to support the firms continued success
What you need?
You'll need to have a strong understanding of the legal billing process from end to end and can demonstrate the ability to prioritise workloads independently to tight deadlines. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to engage with key stakeholders across multiple sites and location. The ability to use your initiative and attention to detail is a must while a having a hardworking, proactive and positive approach. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a legal accounting or billing environment.
