A large global business services organisation that is going through a period of double digit growth is looking to take on an experienced and competent individual to manage the billings/accounts receivables function on a 6 month contract.
As a key position within the credit team, you'll be expected to support the team of 4 and ensure timely and accurate billing to the businesses clients & to perform various types of reporting throughout the month.
On a daily basis you'll deal with a variety of tasks ranging from ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time to reduce client queries and ensure prompts payments, managing the credit assessment process, providing support to sales ledger/purchase ledger/credit control departments and above all ensure that staff reporting into you provide the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
What's more, you will be required to ensure all new starters are trained efficiently in their role and regular 121's are conducted to track team performance and implement improvement processes where necessary. And, as well as managing the billings team you will regularly report into the credit manager who will task you with taking as many duties from them to do with the billings procedure on an ad hoc basis.
Ideally you will have at least a years experience within an accounts receivables/billings team managing a small to medium sized team.
