Start your job searchMarks Sattin Executive Search has a unique opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer to join a Data Analytics SaaS business initially on a part time basis. With enormous opportunity for growth through their international footprint, they have a clear mission and drive to continue improving their service whilst keeping their user base and values at the forefront of everything they do.
The CFO is responsible for providing leadership, optimising the financial performance and insight for the business, and managing the outsourced finance function by using information to analyse and set up KPIs in order to help the company strategy run and grow to reach its full potential.
Working in partnership with the CEO and senior management team, you will lead a successful series A fundraising and play a key part in shaping the financial strategy of the company, ensuring that their growth trajectory is sustainable and profitable.
The ideal candidate
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
- Experience as a senior financial leader, particularly in SaaS based businesses
- Demonstrable track record of creating value for shareholders in a business that has been through a similar scale up and led successful fundraisings
- Hands-on and detailed focussed whilst also able to operate as a peer level strategic partner
- Ideally have exposure to the US market
