An ambitious and commercially focused candidate is required to join an industry leading, PE Backed business as Chief Financial Officer. The business enjoys the backing of a highly respected Private Equity House, and has ambitious transformation and growth plans. They need a skilled professional to bring their experience into the role, and lead from the front through the next stage of development.

This is a board level role where you work closely with the CEO, senior management team and the private equity backers, and take responsibility for the banking relationships. You will have a significant say in the development of company strategy, including capital investment and commercial planning, and responsibility for the careful management of cash flow.

The perfect candidate will be able to integrate themselves quickly into the fast-moving and ever-changing business environment, and establish a high level of credibility with external parties including customers and advisors, your team, and the business as a whole. Experience in M&A / Exit Process is essential, whilst expereince in a PE Backed environment is desirable. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
