Start your job searchMarks Sattin Executive Search is working with an International PE-backed B2B Consultancy to appoint a Chief Financial Officer during a key phase of growth and transformation. The business is scaling rapidly, with international operations and strong demand for services. The CFO will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, overseeing financial integration, focused on scaling operations and strengthening financial infrastructure.
This role requires a commercially minded finance leader with strong technical foundations and cross-border experience. The CFO will lead all aspects of financial reporting, consolidation, and planning, while acting as a key partner to the CEO and interface to the private equity stakeholders. The position also includes oversight of financial systems, support for international expansion, and leadership through further M&A activity.
The ideal Candidate
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), ideally with a background in transaction services
- CFO experience in a PE-backed, people-based business
- Strong track record of consolidation, integration, and international finance leadership
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
