Start your job searchA PE-Backed Business to Business Professional Services Organisation experiencing rapid growth is seeking an interim to permanent CFO to join the board as a key member and partner to the CEO in making a significant contribution to the overall strategic direction of the business. Based in the North West and with full responsibility for the finance function, the CFO will be crucial to leading the business as it continues to grow and develop.
As CFO you will have full responsibility for professionalizing and managing the finance function, implementing key KPIs. As financial number one you will be reviewing and enhancing systems, processes, and controls, in order to professionalise the business, and ensure the finance function is fit for purpose. Working in partnership with the CEO, you will provide vital strategic, commercial and operational support for the business and be charged with maintaining strong relationships with investors and banking institutes.
As a qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), preferably chartered, you will have extensive experience as CFO and a background in PE-backed or leveraged business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and an ability to lead and inspire their team. The ideal candidate will be available immediately or at short notice.
