Marks Sattin Executive Search has an exciting opportunity for an experienced CFO to join a rapidly growing PE-Backed B2B business based in South East England.

Partnering with the CEO and a supportive PE house, the CFO will play a key role in achieving the private equity firm's ambitious targets, guiding the business through a planned period of strategic growth towards an exit in the near future.

The Ideal Candidate:


  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA).
  • Experience of being a CFO in a PE-Backed business; scaling up and taking it through an exit.
  • A high level of motivation, a "can do" attitude and a willingness to be involved at all levels.
  • A capable communicator, able to make decisive decisions, implement them, and present to investors and shareholders.
