Start your job searchMarks Sattin executive Search is working with an international PE-Backed Buy and Build Corporate Services Business. With an impressive track record and being backed by a reputable PE firm. The business is now searching for a high calibre CFO to become a key member of the executive team, whilst working alongside the CEO in making strategic decisions . With a number of ongoing M&A projects in the pipeline and genuine development opportunities, this business has an impressive growth agenda. The key focus of the role will be overseeing and executing an effective Buy and Build strategy, guiding the business through its next phase of profitable growth.
The CFO will support the CEO and management team to help develop and deliver the business plan, while also spearheading the finance and operations department. They will play a significant role in professionalising, leading, and implementing controls, processes, and procedures to foster business growth.
This is a remote working position, with frequent opportunities for international travel.
The ideal candidate
- Be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered.
- Experience being a CFO in a PE Backed business with a strong track record in International Buy and Build environment, ideally within a highly regulated sector
- Be proactive and entrepreneurial with exceptional interpersonal skills and be a skilled communicator.
- A track record of implementing and improving accounting systems, processes and management information and financial reporting
- Experience of acquisitions and integrations.
