Start your job searchMarks Sattin executive search is working with a PE Backed Financial Services business is seeking a Best-In-Class CFO to become a key member of the executive team, whilst working alongside the CEO in making strategic decisions. The key focus of the role will be to provide a high level of commercial vision to support a swift growth period along with running the operational side of the business.
The CFO will be the right-hand person to the CEO having overall responsibility for the finance and operations function and have a strong presence in professionalising, leading, and implementing all controls, processes, and procedures in order to drive growth for the business.
Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), ideally chartered.
- Experience of being an autonomous CFO Hands-on experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Having previous experience of working in a PE-backed or leveraged environment would be desirable, but not essential.
- A background within a Regulated business, a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) business would be preferable
