Our client a PE-Backed Managed Services business is looking to recruit a high profile, commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to support the CEO and the board in driving the company towards its growth targets. The company is looking to go through a period of organic growth as well as to grow via acquisitions.

You will be heavily involved in leading an active M&A and investment strategy to drive the continued growth of the business by identifying, analysing, and negotiating opportunities and ensuring top level execution. You'll have overall responsibility for the finance function, as well as having a broader remit and responsibility for financial and IT strategy. Additionally, this role will include working alongside a strong & intelligent management team.

We are looking for a first class finance professional, has intellectual horsepower, able to think outside the box and with experience of taking a growing PE backed business through a successful exit. You will be a qualified accountant, preferably chartered, with a strong academics. Our client is a highly consumer focused organisation with multiple business lines that operates in diverse areas within the sector, as such an understanding of the key drivers within a similar business is desired.
