Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a leading PE-Backed Multisite Education Business, seeking an ambitious first-time Chief Financial Officer aspiring to step into an autonomous number 1 role. With multiple locations, the business offers a Hybrid working Model (1 day a week in the office) and a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to an already established business, positioning it for a successful exit in the near future with substantial potential for capital gains.

As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in fortifying the business's standing by partnering with the senior management and the Private Equity firm. Responsibilities encompass overseeing all financial operations, devising strategies aligned with established business goals, and serving as the primary financial advisor for business growth, ensuring the successful execution of both strategic and tactical initiatives.

You will also be responsible for leading a finance team, where your focus will be on implementing development plans, and maintaining a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will be:

• A qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
• Experienced as a CFO and/or as a PE Backed Finance Director, ideally in a Multisite Consumer-Facing people-based business, looking to make a step up to an autonomous number 1 role,
• An influential character with solid people management experience, an acute eye for detail and the ability to interact with people at all levels of the business.
