Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a Buy and Build PE-backed multisite healthcare business based in North West England in their search for a best-in-class CFO. The CFO will partner with the CEO and the Private Equity firm as they embark on the next stage of the business's growth trajectory towards a successful exit.

Working closely with senior management team and Private Equity Firm, the CFO will be at the forefront of ensuring financial excellence and executing due diligence for potential acquisitions . Additionally, this role will oversee the reporting functions throughout the rollout phase, aiming to enhance monthly management information for increased transparency in P&L analysis.

As CFO, you will cultivate robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on the business's financial performance. You will drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a strong commercial and customer-centric focus.

The ideal candidate:

  • A Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA),preferably Chartered
  • Experienced CFO in Buy and Build Multisite PE-backed businesses, ideally within the healthcare, consumer-facing, or related sectors. Experience leading a business through a successful exit is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven track record in scaling up a business
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: capable of strengthening relationships with investors and business partners
