Start your job searchWorking closely with senior management team and Private Equity Firm, the CFO will be at the forefront of ensuring financial excellence and executing due diligence for potential acquisitions . Additionally, this role will oversee the reporting functions throughout the rollout phase, aiming to enhance monthly management information for increased transparency in P&L analysis.
As CFO, you will cultivate robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on the business's financial performance. You will drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a strong commercial and customer-centric focus.
The ideal candidate:
- A Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA),preferably Chartered
- Experienced CFO in Buy and Build Multisite PE-backed businesses, ideally within the healthcare, consumer-facing, or related sectors. Experience leading a business through a successful exit is preferred but not essential.
- Proven track record in scaling up a business
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills: capable of strengthening relationships with investors and business partners
