Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a newly invested Private Equity backed Professional Services business on an exciting Buy & Build platform. We are seeking a commercially driven CFO to work closely with the CEO in shaping and executing a growth strategy focused on tripling EBITDA over the next few years through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.

As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, integrating acquisitions, and enhancing financial performance across the group. You will oversee all financial operations, ensuring robust governance and scalable systems capable of supporting an ambitious acquisition pipeline.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, strategic finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys the challenges of building, integrating, and transforming businesses.

The ideal candidate for this role:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
  • Previous experience of working as a number one in a PE Backed business; ideally Buy & Build platform, including M&A integration and post-deal optimisation.
  • Highly analytical, commercially astute, and technically strong with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to operate at pace and drive change.

Please understand that due to the expected high number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly.

We are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
