With rapid 40% YoY growth and a dual presence in the UK and US, this business, as a first-time investor, is in search of an adept CFO to work with the Founder and PE Investors in steering their next phase of growth.
This role offers a distinctive opportunity to actively engage in the entire business trajectory, from inception to pivotal milestones. As a CFO, you will oversee the day-to-day finance function and explore other facets, including HR. Additionally, the CFO will play a crucial role in driving commercial success by formulating profitable strategies, managing cost-effectiveness, negotiating contracts, and cultivating key stakeholder relationships, directly influencing the business's growth and financial performance
The ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA,CIMA )
- Proven track record as a CFO in PE-backed businesses or FD seeking to step up into a CFO role, preferably in the technology services sector
- Familiar with UK and US reporting
- Exposure to PE/Debt/Leverage
- Background in business improvement, including systems implementations/upgrades, is preferable
