Start your job searchMarks Sattin Executive Search has an opportunity for a Chief Restructuring Officer to join a Private Equity Backed business to provide leadership within the company by planning, negotiating, and executing restructuring plans to stabilise the business
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the business leaders and stakeholders, the Chief Restructuring Officer will be an experienced finance person with solid interpersonal skills and a track record of executional success who will take a strong lead in the restructuring process by providing a hands-on approach to cash management and divest units to bring successful results for the business.
Main responsibilities include ensuring sufficient cash flow for the business, leading restructuring arrangements and negotiating with lenders, creating a business plan that demonstrates mid to long-term viability, and identifying efficient solutions to improve the financial and operational performance.
This is fundamentally a robust business with solid foundations from which the plan is to build with an aggressive Buy and Build strategy.
With a real opportunity for growth once transformed, which will bring further opportunities longer term value creation.
