Our client is a high scaling, PE backed SaaS company with an outstanding track record and ambitious plans for the future. They are in an ideal position to grow the business globally and are now looking to recruit a high calibre CFO who will operate as a strategic partner to the CEO, while also ensuring there are strong systems, controls and processes in place to support this rapidly growing business and make it ready for an exit.
Responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership for all company financial operations
- Partnering with the CEO and management team to define KPIs and goals, and drive improvements in reporting
- Build out and lead the finance team
- Achieve highest possible standards of company governance and processes
- Prepare the business for a successful exit
- Manage external relations, including banks and investors
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, driven leadership team in a business that is working towards an exit within the short term. The ideal candidate must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) and have had experience working as a CFO in a PE backed SaaS business. Exit experience is not essential but is desirable.
