Start your job searchMarks Sattin Executive Search has an exciting opportunity for a CFO to join a cutting-edge SaaS technology business that offers solutions to an impressive array of blue-chip companies. They aim to appoint a CFO to guide them through a time of immense change, opportunity, and growth. As they prepare for future global expansion, they are eager to build upon their sizeable investment in new products and want to seize significant new market opportunities.
Working closely with the CEO, you will handle all financial matters and contribute significantly to the business's growth and next-level success. As a vital member of the Senior Management Team, you will manage business risks, ensure legal compliance, maximise value generation, and offer financial leadership. As the Board's trusted advisor, you will help establish and implement the business strategy. As the head of the finance team, you will oversee budgeting, all financial reporting, and ensuring that legal requirements are followed, along with overseeing all company secretarial tasks for the business.

The ideal candidate:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), preferably chartered
- Experience operating as a CFO within a growing SME business
- Possess Commercial awareness
- The ability and credibility to establish long-term business objectives
- Lead by example and take pleasure in the challenges and rewards that come with running a fast-growing company.
