Start your job searchMarks Sattin are currently working with a market leading Financial Services PLC who offer corporate and investment banking, trade and cash management, and trust banking services to their clients worldwide.
The London Branch is the largest of the Bank's offices in EMEA with approximately 900 employees and they help provide support to other offices in the region based in Milan and Dubai.
Role: Change Control Analyst
Salary: £52k - £62k (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the review and implementation of New Products and treatment within both Capital and Liquidity Reporting
- Assist in the review of the Regulatory Landscape
- Assist in the review and improvement of Regulatory control environment
- Assist in preparing the test plan for system migration from the tactical solution to the strategic solution
- Assist in liaising with our technology partner (internal and external) to understand the mapping of financial products in the chosen strategic platform
- Liaise with stakeholders on project delivery and business requirements
- Assist to develop test scenarios / cases by modelling financial products into the chosen strategic platform
- Assist with design, testing and implementation of solutions
Experience / Qualifications
- Considerable accounting experience supported by a relevant professional qualification (ACA or ACCA / CIMA) / will consider candidates with relevant experience studying towards;
- Candidate should be able to demonstrate an ability to develop new skills and build knowledge of financial products including the economics of these products;
- Candidate should be analytical and be able to analyse large amounts of data;
- Graduate in numerate or finance discipline or equivalent experience.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge and experience of the liquidity rules and good understanding of current regulatory changes ;
- UAT testing experience for small scale projects.
