This is an opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile programme that will modernise finance processes, systems, and ways of working across a complex organisation. Working closely with programme leadership, finance teams, and senior stakeholders, you'll ensure new capabilities are successfully embedded and deliver lasting business benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management activities across a large-scale finance transformation programme.
- Develop and deliver change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communications strategies, and adoption activities.
- Drive business readiness and support the successful implementation of new finance processes and systems.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across finance and operational teams.
- Support leaders and employees through periods of change and transition.

- Experience applying ADKAR or similar change management frameworks.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to drive delivery and get things done.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within non-profit, charitable, membership, public sector, regulated, or purpose-led organisations.
- Previous involvement in large-scale ERP implementations or transformation programmes.
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Relevant change management certifications.
Why Apply?
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the people side of a significant finance transformation programme, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring new ways of working are successfully adopted across the organisation. You'll join a high-impact programme where your change leadership expertise will play a critical role in delivering sustainable business outcomes.
