Marks Sattin Executive Search are currently working with a highly successful Single-Family Office, searching for a commercial CFO who will act as the primary source of oversight and management of the finance function. This well-established family office has significant assets under management across multiple sectors on a global scale.

As CFO, you will play an essential leadership role, responsible for directing and guiding all key aspects of finance in addition to regularly liaising with the senior management. This role would suit someone used to a fast-paced environment and broad base of experiences across all aspects of core finance, a strong work ethic with a "hands-on" style, high emotional intelligence and the utmost integrity, as you will be principally responsible for a wide variety of engaging and diverse commercial project work as required during the course of your tenure.

The ideal candidate for this role:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered.
  • An experienced CFO with a background in Family Offices, Private Equity, HNWI, or fund management
  • Experience with implementing and managing of IT systems to further the accounting, reporting and analysis of the portfolio of investments.
  • Past experience with the preparation of investment reports, performance analysis, and benchmarking
  • Strong financial modelling and formula skills via excel.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • An ability to work independently with the capacity to prioritize projects.

This role will suit someone who is energetic and responsive to the broad and ever changing duties of this demanding role.
