🚀 The Role

This newly created role is a rare opportunity to shape and lead a full finance function from the ground up. You'll work closely with senior leadership, using your insights to guide key decisions, optimise strategy, and ensure financial clarity in a growing, agile environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Own forecasting and growth modelling

• Conduct pricing and profitability analysis

• Advise on cost savings and efficiency improvements

• Lead budgeting, cost tracking, payroll, and procurement

• Produce management accounts and support financial reporting

• Act as a strategic business partner to directors

🔍 What You'll Bring

• Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders

• Deep understanding of the finance function: forecasting, reporting, accounts, budgeting

• Background in commercial finance: pricing, profitability, strategic guidance

• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and organisational skills

• ACCA, ACA or CIMA part-qualified or newly qualified

• Willingness to commute to Warwick regularly
