Start your job searchA luxury retailer based in central London is looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their fast pace team.
You will be responsible for weekly sales and reporting margins, Monthly P&L reporting, cost-centre reporting, variance analysis, working with the FM & Store Retail Management team to evaluate payroll and productivity, produce weekly reporting to support the store incentive scheme, Liaising with cost centre managers and their teams to ensure costs are controlled and known about in advance. You will also work with the Retail FM's to evaluate channel performance, and post investment analysis, produce and monitor both financial and non-financial KPIs surrounding retail performance, strive for continuous improvements in the reporting and analysis of the business' performance, assist in the production of P&L budgets and in year forecasts for all sales, margin and costs and ad-hoc reporting when required.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an analytical role within a Commercial environment. This is a business partnering role so candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels. Strong Excel skills are essential and experience working within the retail/consumer sector is required. This role would be best suited to candidates who have strong reporting experience, and those who are part qualified (ACCA/ CIMA) or equivalent.
