Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a leading UK service led organisation in their search for a Commercial Finance Analyst to work out of their Crewe based office on a hybrid model.
The successful candidate will ideally have some previous finance experience as well as working within a commercially focused role. The capability to build strong working relationships throughout a business is crucial and the Commercial Finance Analyst will be expected to deal with large volumes of data. Excellent Excel skills are a must and any exposure to PowerBI or Cognos TM1 would be preferable although not essential. Key duties for the Commercial Finance Analyst role will involve the following:
- Pricing analysis and formulating pricing strategy
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Profit and loss analysis
- Analysis of profitability, sales, margins, costs etc.
- KPI Analysis
- Business partner and monthly reviews with senior stakeholders
- Improve the data and systems within the organisation
- Ad-hoc financial modelling
Salary for the role is anywhere between £60,000 and £70,000 + benefits
