Start your job searchOur client, a market leading Blue-Chip business requires a Commercial Finance Manager. This is a newly created role having recognised the need an importance to support the wider business unit and their heads to achieve their strategic objectives. Reporting to the Head of COmmercial Finance you will provide key financial and business partnering Senior Directors and their teams to provide commercial insight to shape the strategic direction of the format but also ensure that key commercial KPIs are delivered on a week to week basis
With regular contact with the various Heads of Departments and operational team, key duties will include Attending regular cross functional meetings to discuss the performance of the business unit but also to add value and challenge to the many projects that are ongoing, planning and performance reviews, Conduct trial analysis and project appraisals for the business unit, Review performance and recommend areas for improvement, Influence senior managers and directors across the business, Be a trusted advisor to the Managing and Operations Directors of Division.
You must be qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with excellent academics. A proven track record in a commercial environment, providing decision support to non-finance functions will be essential. The ideal candidate will also have a commercial approach with the ability to influence at Director level. A proven track record of working as a finance business partner will be essential.
