• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where processes and accounts aren't yet fully established
• A resilient, proactive individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Someone who can bring energy, structure and challenge where needed
• Experience supporting system implementations or transitions (beneficial but not essential)
• A hands‑on operator who's ready to roll their sleeves up, work hard and help bring order and control to a finance function undergoing significant change
