Delighted to be once more working with this PE backed business services Group who are searching for a data‑driven, commercially minded Growth Lead/Manager to design, enable and optimise commercial initiatives that help frontline teams and channels sell more effectively.
This includes developing commercial propositions, identifying cross-sell opportunities within the existing base, improving channel performance, and activating targeted campaigns that accelerate customer acquisition, improve conversion performance, and unlock new revenue opportunities across their product portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity to join this business at an exciting time, reporting directly into a new Head of Division with extensive experience in the industry, who will be a great mentor. He is seeking an ambitious, career hungry individual to really drive commercial performance and become a leading figure within this hugely significant area of the business.
This role will offer ownership of the end‑to‑end growth funnel-driving measurable improvements in acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation across service lines.
Acting as as the conduit between marketing, digital, product, engineering and commercial, this role is high-impact and hands on with significant visibility across the business.
More specifically you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and optimise channel strategies across digital, retail, partner and B2B routes.
- Identify new demand channels and growth loops
- Build and run experiments across web, mobile, onboarding and CRM journeys.
- Use data to scale winning experiments and retire underperforming ones.
- Analyse the full acquisition funnel from impression to activation, installation, and first bill.
- Build dashboards to track key KPIs, use insights to recommend high‑impact growth priorities.
- Work with marketing on paid campaigns, audience segmentation, message testing, and landing page optimisation.
- Work with data teams to improve tracking and measurement frameworks.
- Align with commercial teams on pricing, promotions and packaging strategies.
- Feed customer insights into service, operations and engineering.
- Lead continuous improvement of customer journeys (sign-up, installation, renewal, support).
They are seeking a candidate with proven experience in growth, digital marketing, product, or commercial roles. Ideally within telecoms, tech, broadband or subscription-based services, you will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data and insights into clear, actionable commercial strategies, along wiith an understanding of multiple routes to market, including direct sales and partner channels. The ability to work cross functionally is key, to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
