PI Complaints Handler - £150 / day (6 month contract)
A Manchester based bank is currently recruiting complaints handlers for their PPI team. Your main responsibilities will involve:
§ Handle customer complaints and complex queries within an agreed timeframe.
§ Contribute to the team performance whilst achieving agreed individual objectives.
§ Resolve customer queries and complaints and maintaining up-to-date client records and file data.
§ Ensure customers are updated at all times, which will include written and verbal communications.
§ Correspondence with customer and Third Parties (Claims Companies)
The organisation are looking for committed complaints handlers with the ability to work in a target driven environment. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to work with a high level of accuracy. You will also need exceptional communication skills as you will have a great deal of customer contact both verbally and written.
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have worked in an Investigations capacity for at least a year. Your Investigations experience will have ideally come within PPI however candidates with general FS investigation experience could also be considered.
