Start your job searchOur client - one of the world's leading investment firms currently seek a dynamic and driven Compliance Analyst to join their organisation in Dublin City Centre. This is an exciting and interesting opportunity for an experience Compliance Administrator to move to an Analyst position in a great company with lots of opportunity for growth, development and career opportunities.
Duties will include:
- Assist in a variety of day-to-day matters faced by an in-house compliance group related to a growing and global business and monitoring compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
- Support various business groups, including investment, marketing, accounting, operational and middle office departments.
- Assist with certain aspects of CBI and other regulatory reporting.
- Assist with keeping Risk Matrices up to date and Compliance Monitoring Programme.
- Assist on advising Marketing and Legal & Compliance colleagues on ad hoc queries relating to marketing of investment funds in EMEA (including AIFMD soft marketing, fund registration and reverse inquiries) and MiFID Client Classification rules.
The successful applicant will have:
- 2-3 years' experience post-graduation experience in a compliance, regulatory, company secretarial or paralegal role, with a transactional or finance background or in a private equity, hedge fund or other financial institution environment.
- A preference for a law/business or finance degree
- Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment related to a growing and global business.
- AIFMD, MIFID II, UCITS, GDPR and EMIR is necessary
