We are delighted to be working with an esteemed and respected English Law Firm in their search for a motivated Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join their dynamic Private Equity Team. Based in Bristol, this role offers a unique chance for a skilled professional to contribute to the firm's renowned corporate team with a specific focus on the Private Equity sector. The role offers you a balanced lifestyle with a blend of home and office working as well as the opportunity to work with experienced lawyers within the Private Equity team.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Leading and participating in purchases of varying sizes
  • Developing and strengthening client relationships within the Private Equity sector
  • Acting as a key point of contact for significant clients, furthering relationships over time
  • Providing mentorship and support to junior team members
  • Collaborating with the Change & Innovation Team to implement technology solutions

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in leading or participating in purchases
  • Exceptional rapport-building and communication skills
  • A strong understanding of the commercial context of clients' businesses
  • Enthusiasm for client satisfaction
  • Previous experience in mentoring and supervising junior team members.

You will also be a 4-5 years PQE England and Wales Qualified Lawyer who qualified within private practice.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for anyone currently working within a Corporate Team in a Private Practice environment that wants a change of scenery.
