Are you a qualified accountant with experience gathered in Advisory that is keen to gain exposure to a broader suite of Corporate Finance services?

The role:
This is a varied role which will involve working on projects including M&A, MBO / MBI / LBO, Growth Capital Raising transactions and lead on Due Diligence on both buy and sell side transactions. As a Corporate Finance Manager / AD, you will assist with larger/complex transactions, taking more of a leading role on smaller transactions and provide general strategic advice.

Requirements:
I am keen to hear from people with the following profile:
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- 3-4 years relevant professional experience - could be trained in audit with post qualification experience in corporate finance
- Preparation of due diligence reports is essential, experience in producing valuation reports is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
