6+ years PQE England and Wales Qualified Lawyer

We are excited to be working with a trailblazing law firm that prides itself on being an innovator with an inclusive workplace culture. As part of the role, you will be working and collaborating with industry experts and your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop expertise in guiding clients through the formulation of group development processes, playbooks, and toolkits
  • Work closely with clients and their internal teams to understand their business goals and advise them across a range of corporate transactions and related activities
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the client solutions team, tailoring technology solutions in sync with clients' business strategies

  • Experience working on other jurisdictional work (outside of UK)
  • Exceptional communication, rapport-building and teamworking skills
  • An inquisitive nature about business operations, complemented by the ability to understand the commercial context of clients' businesses
  • The ability to work autonomously, coupled with the support and supervision from senior colleagues. You will also be able to support less experienced members of the team and delegate tasks

The successful candidate is a 6+ years PQE England and Wales Qualified Lawyer who qualified within private practice with a Corporate Law background.

This is an insatiable opportunity for a Senior Associate seeking a more collaborative environment where they can work alongside other teams in the Firm. This is not a standard Private Practice Law Firm; they champion an incredible workplace culture where there is genuine scope for personal and professional development. So, if you desire a firm where real opportunities for career progression are offered then please apply or contact me at Elliott.kaye@markssattin.com.
