As part of the role, you will be working and collaborating with industry experts and your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop expertise in guiding clients through the formulation of group development processes, playbooks, and toolkits

  • Collaborate seamlessly with the client solutions team, tailoring technology solutions in sync with clients' business strategies

  • Craft tailor made acquisition and disposal programs, orchestrating restructurings, and immersing in broader corporate related work

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Corporate experience with a proven track record in M&A transactions and strategic investments
  • Experience working on other jurisdictional work (outside of UK)
  • Exceptional communication, rapport-building and teamworking skills

  • The ability to work autonomously, coupled with the support and supervision from senior colleagues. You will also be able to support less experienced members of the team and delegate tasks

The successful candidate is a 6+ years PQE England and Wales Qualified Lawyer who qualified within private practice with a Corporate Law background.

This is an insatiable opportunity for a Senior Associate seeking a more collaborative environment where they can work alongside other teams in the Firm.
