The Role:

• End to end management of the sales ledger
• Liaising with customers to minimise & resolve queries, decrease DSO and maintain strong relationships
• Accurate and efficient cash allocation
• Decrease amount of unallocated cash, working through some historical posting
• Some month end duties, including reporting and analysis with Credit Manager
• Supporting billings team when necessary

The Person:

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to cultivate and maintain good customer and departmental relationships - exceptional telephone manner
• Able to take ownership of queries and investigate to resolution
• Credit Control experience
• Great organisation, able to prioritise in an efficient manner
