- Supporting the process of the Sales Ledger
- Posting and allocating customer receipts within the sales ledger
- Processing queries according to company and customer procedures
- Producing debt analysis, including the use of excel spread-sheets
- Managing sales ledger to ensure accounts are paid within terms
- Produce weekly cash forecasting figures
- Communicating clearly and accurately with the customer, both verbally and in writing
- Taking ownership of duties with a minimum of supervision
- Presenting a professional image to internal and external customers
What you need?
You'll need to have a proven track record of working in a high volume purchase ledger environment and proven excel skills up to immediate level. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to engage with key stakeholders. The ability to use your own initiative and attention to detail is a must, while having a hardworking, proactive and positive approach.
