I am currently working with a healthcare business based in Barnsley who are on the lookout for a Credit Controller.

You'll be joining a developing fast pace business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working.


Role:

  • Take ownership of sales ledger, review and chase any unsettled debt
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Produce credit notes where required
  • Monitor and report on overdue debt to management
  • Setup new customer accounts and carry out credit checks
  • Monitor on-hold list
  • Assist with, promptly and accurately allocating payments onto the customers' sales ledger
  • Coding of remittance advices
  • Matching of credit card receipts
  • Other accounts team task

What you need?

You will need to be the kind of person that has a good attitude to proactively chasing debts and a hardy personality to be successful. The is an ideal role for someone that prides themselves on resilience and negotiation skills in challenging situations.
