A growing pharmaceutical company are looking to add a Credit Controller to their finance team based in central London.

Reporting in to the Credit Control Manager and working in a team of 4, you will be responsible for managing a high volume number of customer accounts ensuring prompt payment of outstanding debt in accordance with the company's credit terms.

Duties include:

• Take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts and collect debt in line with company credit terms
• Prepare and provide customer statements on monthly basis
• Deal with any telephone queries and enquires
• Contact clients to chase payments - outbound calls, emails and letters.
• Escalate any overdue accounts
• Ensure customer accounts are up to date through allocating cash to customer accounts on a daily basis
• Ensure BACs accounts are reconciled daily
• Ad hoc support across the team

The successful candidate must have previous credit control and cashiering experience.

Microsoft Dynamics experience is desirable
