Marks Sattin are currently working with a Normanton, Wakefield based service provider who are looking for a Credit Controller!



The Credit Controller will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with the Credit Policy and minimising aged debt, while providing excellent customer service.



Our client is looking for a bright and ambitious candidate who is keen to progress within AR with 2/3 years' experience! They are also keen to offer CICM study package to someone who wishes to study.



For this role, they will pay between £27,000 - £29,000 depending on experience.

They also offer hybrid working (3 days in the office per week) and a great bonus scheme!



Working within the Credit Control team of 3, your responsibilities will include:



Account Management: Handle account setup, credit checks, invoice raising, pre-due calls, debt collection, query resolution, and cash allocation.



Teamwork: Support the Credit Control Manager and team, collaborate with Sales, and share best practices.



Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with customers and treat them as part of the team.



Communication: Ensure consistent information and processes, influence decisions, and update the Credit Control Manager on progress.
