We are actively seeking a Credit Controller for a well established company in Bromborough, Wirral.

The main duties include:

• Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring payments are made within agreed terms.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle a high volume of customer interactions via telephone.
• Maintain customer records to ensure timely receipt of invoices/statements.
• Provide copy invoices to customers on an ad-hoc basis.
• Escalate any concerning issues to the Credit Control Team Leader.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

• Credit Control experience
• Good Excel skills
• The ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
