About the Role
My client are a London based Charity who are undertaking a major transformation programme with the implementation of a new Salesforce CRM platform.This project will enhance customer experience, streamline operations, support grant‑making processes, and enable scalable long‑term growth.
Their current CRM solution no longer meets organisational needs, and are mid-way through migrating to Salesforce. They are seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to take ownership of project delivery, lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, drive user adoption, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading a critical digital transformation initiative within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce CRM implementation.
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.
- Oversee Salesforce configuration, integrations, and data quality.
- Support user training, documentation, and post‑launch optimisation.
- Report regularly to senior stakeholders.
About You
- Proven CRM project management experience (Salesforce preferred).
- Skilled in Agile and Waterfall delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions‑focused.
- Knowledge of data governance, integrations, and system implementation.
