Data & Insights Analyst
Our high growth, PE-backed client in the financial services media and publishing industry are looking for a new Data & Insights Analyst to join their team in London. Reporting into the Editor-In-Chief, this is a broad position which encompasses data analytics and identifiying trends, as well as journalistic responsibilities.
Key Responsbilities:
- Analysis of data and generation of insights, identifying trends through data interrogation and production of league tables.
- Content creation and editorial support to produce authoritative, data-driven content by delivering insightful analysis, visualizations, and structured data presentations such as charts and tables.
- Dataset development to enhance the proprietary datasets by identifying and sourcing supplementary data points, and working closely with the data collection team to ensure comprehensive and accurate data coverage.
- Contribute to process improvements and AI integration
- Additional ad-hoc duties and requirments
The ideal candidate will be a strong data analyst with experience with insight generation and identifying trends within the M&A space. An understanding and interest in PE/VC markets will be important for production of strong analysis and commentary. The candidate should be on hand to deal with colleague requests for market knowledge and insights, hence good communicative and written ability will be necessary.
