Start your job searchThis leading Alternative Investment Manager that focuses on Private Equity, Distressed Debt and Core Real Estate Deals, is looking for someone to join their "Deal / Transaction Support and Valuation Team". This candidate will be at Senior Manager or Associate Director Level from the Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Valuations division of a top tier practice.
This is an opportunity to leave practice for commercial and deal orientated, in house role based in the heart of Mayfair. They are looking for someone who wants to utilize their skill set and get involved in deals, as well as someone who can handle their own in pressure situations: liaising with asset managers, lawyers and tax professionals will be a mainstay. The role is also autonomous; you will take sole responsibility for all of your deals, which will be a mixture of European Real Estate and Private Equity.
Prior Private Equity, Distressed Debt or Real Estate experience is preferred however not essential. Those who are already out of practice in other funds will also be considered but the skill set must be there (Transaction experience). Further to this, fluency in German, Italian, Greek or Portuguese will be an advantage.
In terms of remuneration, they are prepared to increase any salary and offer a bonus of 50%.
